Peri Yucel graduated from St. Georg Austrian High School and afterward graduated from Marmara University in 2012. She speaks fluent English.

 

Since 2012, Peri Yucel has been working at the most reputable international law firms in Turkey. For the past 10 years, Peri Yucel has been a managing attorney at Turkey's largest retail company and has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, labor law, real estate law, consumer law, enforcement law, and dispute resolution.

 

In her role at the retail company, she has provided legal assistance to various departments, such as fulfilling the contract and offering legal support. Also, she has been involved in projects related to M&A, fixed asset purchases, share transfers, IP rights, software and license agreements, and construction and supply agreements. She also has a good knowledge of lawsuits and executions, preparation of board of directors' decisions and signature circulars of all domestic and foreign subsidiaries, as well as the preparation of advertising, sponsorship, service procurement and logistics agreements.

 

Subsequently, she relocated to Izmir due to the merger and acquisition project, where she gained extensive experience in consumer, real estate and labor disputes, administrative fines, and legislative compliance, as well as drafting shopping mall and rent contracts and providing legal consultancy services.

 

In 2024, She established the PY Law and Mediation Office, leveraging her vast experience and high-quality corporate knowledge.
